June 8, The Lace Reader by Brunonia Barry.  The discussion will be facilitated by one of our library trustees, Bev Sarapin and refreshments will be served after the discussion.  Also at that meeting, we will hold the annual Friends meeting to elect new officers.

This program will be sponsored and held at The 100 Acre Woods at the Believe In Books Literacy Foundation. The Literacy Foundation supports area libraries fostering a love of reading. Don’t miss this exciting evening.

July 13, 2010–GARDEN SPELLS by Sarah Addison Allen–following the summer theme for adults, “Water Your Mind”

March 9, 2010 at 7:00 PM – Shanghai Girls by Lisa See. A spritied discussion followed these two Chinese sisters as they are brought to America and adapt to their new life.

February 9, 2010 at 7:00 PM The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson – Look into Swedish intrigue that includes power, family, sadism, murder, suicide and sex. Fascinating and a lot to digest!
January 12, 2010 at 7:00 PM – Year of Wonders by Geraldine Brooks facilitated by Jackie Hamblet.
